Stress

Stress affects most of us these days. Some stress can be positive especially for motivation and can actually help us to get things done. But when we feel stress that depletes us rather than energises us this is negative stress.

We have to juggle many things in our lives from paying bills, learning new technologies, work and family relationship pressures, loss of jobs and income, traumas and everyday worries and concerns. Like spinning plates we have to keep putting the plates back on that fall off.

Stress causes acid in our bodies and can seriously affect our health. As well as being careful about our diet we can reduce stress through exercise, having a healing therapy, doing things we enjoy, seeing the people we like, helping someone else, going into nature and being around animals.
